Louis’ Bakery
Hello there, I am Louis. I live in London with my family – my wife Anne, my son Martin and my daughter Marie. We are French.
We have a family business here. It is a small but very busy bakery. And yes, I am a professional baker.
I start my day very early, sometimes at 5am. I have a lot to do and prepare for the day. I bake fresh bread and croissants. My wife is also busy in the morning; she makes beautiful cakes.
My son Martin also works for family business. He is a driver and every day he delivers bread, croissants and cakes to our customers.
Marie starts her day at 7 am. She opens the bakery and sells bread, cakes and croissants. She loves her job and always has a smile for our visitors.
